Description
Physical Therapist
1 year of experience in acute care required.
BLS, state license, and Epic experience required. *State LIC can be pending*
Acute care experience required; rehabilitation hospital work setting experience preferred.
Friday, Sat, Sunday + additional day
Locals accepted!
on call rotation every 7 weeks for coverage when needed.
Holidays are rotated, one holiday a year
Attire: Caribbean blue or khakis/lab coat
**Travelers MUST shave for a mask to seal for Fit Testing. CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided and SSM will not allow travelers to use their own PAPRs or CAPRs at their facilities; there are no exceptions. Failure to shave for FIT testing will result in a cancel.**
