Willing and have provided STEMI call in the past***IR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***Certs: ACLS, BCLS, NIHPREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:Skills: IV Start, Triage, PA Lines, Conscious Sedation.JOB DETAILS:-Target Ratios: 1:3-4-Shift: 8 HR DAYS; 07:30 - 16:00-All staff practice weekly rotation providing procedure coverage for all services listed. 24/7 call coverage for STEMI/emergent/urgent IR and cardiology procedures.-Call Requirement: During the week call is 16:00-07:30 the next morning. Weekend call is Friday 16:00 until Monday at 07:30. Twice a week for two weeks in the month, one call weekend (Friday night-Monday morning) per month and one week following call weekend with no call. Occasional additional call may be required (even distribution among all staff members).Expect urgent/emergent cardiology and interventional radiology procedures. Callback time is 30 minutes for STEMIs, IR callback time is determined based on procedure type.Call team consists of three staff members one of which is an RN.-Float Requirement: NONE-Weekend Requirement: Twice a week for two weeks in the month, one call weekend (Friday night-Monday morning) per month and one week following call weekend with no call.PATIENT DIAGNOSES:***Cath Lab and IR experience is required***The department consist of interventional radiology, invasive cardiology, peripheral vascular and EP device implant procedures.85%/15% split with IR being the 85%All staff practice weekly rotation providing procedure coverage for all services listed.Lab hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, 24/7 call coverage for STEMI/emergent/urgent IR and cardiology procedures.SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:MAC Lab, IVUS, Toshiba Angio Lab, Angio Jet, Pneumbra Thromblis System, CSI, Athrorectomby System, Bovi System for Implanta, Plasma Blade Cutter, Radiofrequency Ablation UnitVenous Closure Unit, Sono Site, S2000 Ultrasound UnitUNIT SYSTEMS: EPICUNIT ORIENTATION: 16 HRSSCRUBS: Provided.INTERVIEW AVAILABILITY: ***Please provide your candidate's interview availability for the next 72 hours while submitting candidates to avoid holding up the approval process.
