Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires the ability to float between two Medical-Surgical/Telemetry units, as well as provide care for Med-Surg overflow patients in the ICU and Emergency Department.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, clinically strong, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across Med-Surg/Telemetry units
• Float between two assigned units based on staffing needs
• Manage Med-Surg overflow patients in ICU and Emergency Department settings
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation using EPIC EMR

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week pay period
• Night shifts required

Requirements:

• Active HI RN license
• Recent experience in Med-Surg/Telemetry
• Prior experience floating between units preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
