• Number of Beds: NA for OP
• Patient Ratios: Mostly 1-1 but some double booked appts
• Equipment: Standard OP clinic equipment
• EHR: Epic

• Supervisor: Anna Poole, OT

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adults, Geriatrics, Peds only if they are Ortho/Acute injuries; General OP clinic with mix of Ortho and Neuro

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Familiar and comfortable with both Ortho and Neuro conditions, familiar with basic post-op protocols
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Dry Needling (a bonus but not required)
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: lower extremity Ortho, Sports, Spine, CVA, Balance Impairments/Hx of Falls, Parkinson’s
• Personality Fit: Empathetic, understanding, heart to help others, welcoming and kind to others, Quick learner, organized, motivated, friendly, team player, flexible, comfortable with a wide variety of patients and Dx

• Required Education: Appropriate degree in PT

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color: Teal, Caribbean, Wine, White, Black, Grey, or Pink (Solid color matching top and bottom)
• Any unacceptable attire: While scrubs are preferred, business casual is also accepted – no jeans of any color, no leggings as pants, no shorts or capris, no rips or holes in clothing, no sandals or open toed shoes
