Description
Home Health RN – Wound Care
Shift: 5×8 Days (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), alternating weekends
Length: 13 weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Start Date: 4/13/2026 or sooner
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Home Health Wound Care experience
- Homecare Homebase & OASIS experience within the last year (required)
- Active license in hand at submission
- Experience with on‑call and triage
- WellSky EMR experience preferred
On‑Call:
- 1–2 weeks per month
- Weekdays 5:30 PM–8:30 AM
- Mostly phone triage; home visits are rare
