Advocate Health Southeast is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Albemarle, NC. This role involves working with a diverse patient population across multiple specialties in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Outpatient Rehabilitation Clinic
Average patient volume: ~75 patients/day
Collaborative team environment with strong clinical and administrative support
EMR System: EPIC

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients across orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, and speech-related conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in physical therapy
Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license
BLS certification required
Ability to treat patients across all age groups (Pediatrics to Adults)
First-time travelers accepted

No on-call or weekend rotation required
