Description

🌟 Hiring: RN – Med Surg / Telemetry / Stepdown 🌟
📍 Location: Muscatine, IA
🗓 Duration: 13 Weeks
🌙 Shift: 12-Hour Days
⏱ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week

💰 Pay Package (36 hrs):
• $30/hr (taxable)
• $1,245/week stipend
• Total: $2,325/week

🩺 Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years Med Surg & Stepdown experience – Required
• Must be comfortable with acute/critical patients (drips, gtts, BiPAP)
• Floating required, including ER within scope
• Experience with EPIC EMR – Required
• First-time travelers welcome

📜 Certifications:
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NIHSS

📍 Licensing:
• IA license required at submission
• Must apply for IL license upon offer
• Compact license accepted

• Patient ratios range from 1:2–1:6 based on acuity
• May float across campuses within the same discipline
• Must live 50+ miles from facility (no locals)
