Description
Floating Requirements:
Neonatal PCU Gen Peds – will float as needed to Pediatric CVICU, PICU, and general Peds unit as a helping hand unless they have prior experience in any of these populations
Required Experience: 2 years of strong Level 3 and/or Level 4 NICU experience. MUST be comfortable in a high acuity, fast paced environment
Skills required:
EPIC experience, EVDs, Camino device (ICP and temp monitoring device), management of critical care vasoactive drip titration, management of invasive lines – ART lines/CVP, aseptic and sterile techniques, basic dressing changes, ventilator and trach management, HOFV management, oral/nasal suctioning, g-tube/j-tube management, feeding tubes, chest tubes, epidurals, PCAs, sedation and analgesic drip management, foley insertion and management, Alaris and Medfusion pump management, bedside procedures with providers, discharge skills, CRRT experience, baby side of ECMO (manager has been flexible on EVD, ICP, ECMO, and CRRT exp)
