Requirements

Certifications:
- BLS – Required
- TNCC or TCAR – Required (MUST be included at submission, no grace period)
Experience:
- Orthopedic OR experience – Required
- Trauma Orthopedic experience – Required
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in orthopedic surgical procedures
- Ability to work in a 1:1 OR patient ratio environment

Advanced Skills (Preferred)

Experience assisting in complex orthopedic and trauma procedures
Strong intraoperative support and critical thinking skills

Procedures Performed

Arthroscopies
Total joint replacements
Orthopedic trauma surgeries
