📌 Job Summary

• Role Overview:
You’ll work as part of the interdisciplinary care team, providing professional clinical care and helping manage patient treatment plans.

• Floating:
Traveler may be asked to float within the same specialty across nearby campuses if needed.

🕒 Weekly Hours & Overtime

• Standard Schedule: 36–40 hrs/week
• Overtime:

OT starts after 40 hrs (for 36–40 hr contracts)
For 48 hr contracts, OT starts after 48 hrs

• OT / Holiday Rate: 1.15x pay

• Call Back Pay: 1.5x rate (minimum 2 hrs guaranteed)

• On-Call Pay: $9/hr

• Charge / Preceptor Pay: $6/hr

• NBO (Non-Billable Orientation): 16 hrs

• EMR System: EPIC
