Description

This is a night shift opening. 5:45pm-6:00am. 7 on 7 off rotating schedule. On Call/CB : Not required.

Certifications required BLS, WY LPN.

Requires 2-3 years of experience at minimum. Charting is AthenaHealth. Unit Overview : 16 bed max for LTC residents.

Typical staffing rations for Night shift : 1 nurse (LPN or RN) and 1 CNA to 1.5 CNA. Also works with ED RN and ED CNA/Tech. Scrub colors : Anything professional. Jewelry and Body Adornment Policy : Nothing distracting. Vaccination Requirements : Flu Vaccine during flu season, exemptions allowed for COVID vaccine. Candidates must have good communication skills, have a positive attitude, be a team player, be willing to learn and be flexible. Housing recs available upon request.

For 36 hrs/week night the pay breakdown will be
