Position Information:

• Facility Department/Cost Center: Inpatient
• Role (RN, Tech, LPN, PT, etc.): Clinical Program Therapist
• Specialty: Inpatient psychiatry
• Shift: Days
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Weekend Hours: none
• Call Requirements: none
• Required Certifications: Independent licensure: LMHC, LICSW, LCSW
• Years of Experience: 3-5
• Float Requirements: Patient will float between units where needed including: Adult, Geri-Psych, Child/Adolescent

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 120
• Patient Ratios: 1:8
• EHR: Cerner

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: Adult, Geri/Psych, Child/Adolescent

• Must Have Skills/Experience: inpatient group therapy, psychosocial, treatment planning, discharge planning
