Unit Description:
-5S General Surgery: The General Surgery/5S unit is a fast-paced, 39-bed unit with all-private rooms.
-The unit primarily provides specialized care for patients undergoing general surgery, ENT procedures and medical overflow.
-The experience of caring for the diverse patient population on this unit provides staff with a solid clinical foundation in medical surgical nursing.
-This team-oriented and caring peer environment is great for both the experienced nurse and new graduate.
Required Education:
-Diploma of Nursing
Required Certifications & Licensure:
-Ohio RN license or Compact.
-BLS (American Heart Assoc.).
