Position Summary

The Director of Labor & Delivery provides strategic and operational leadership for the Labor & Delivery department, ensuring high-quality, safe, and compassionate care for mothers, newborns, and families.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of Labor & Delivery clinical experience
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting

Licensure & Certifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain
BLS, ACLS and NRP certification required
Additional maternal or neonatal certifications preferred
