Shift: 5x8/DAYS (8:30A-5P: Alternating Weekends)

2 years of Home Health Wound Care experience

ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE HOMECARE HOMEBASE/OASIS EXPERIENCE WITHIN THE LAST YEAR TO BE CONSIDERED

Experience with Wellsky EMR and wound care would be a bonus

Experience with on call / triage, Reliable and dependable, excellent time management skills, Professional, Customer service excellence, compassion and caring, Licensure in hand at time of submission.
