We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient float position in a collaborative clinic setting. This role is ideal for nurses looking for a stable weekday schedule and a supportive team environment focused on high-quality patient care.


Position Overview:
The RN will provide professional nursing care to clinic patients while supporting providers and coordinating care across the team. You will serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and staff to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery.

 

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday
  • Day shift (generally 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • No weekends, no call, no holidays

Compensation:

  • Salary range: $60,000 – $92,000 annually

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting
  • Assist providers with exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Coordinate patient care and follow-ups
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members
  • Support and guide LPNs, CNAs, and administrative staff
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Active RN license (state licensure required upon acceptance)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Previous outpatient or clinic experience preferred
