RN – Outpatient Float | Full-Time | Day Shift
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for an outpatient float position in a collaborative clinic setting. This role is ideal for nurses looking for a stable weekday schedule and a supportive team environment focused on high-quality patient care.
Position Overview:
The RN will provide professional nursing care to clinic patients while supporting providers and coordinating care across the team. You will serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and staff to ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- Day shift (generally 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- No weekends, no call, no holidays
Compensation:
- Salary range: $60,000 – $92,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting
- Assist providers with exams, treatments, and procedures
- Coordinate patient care and follow-ups
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members
- Support and guide LPNs, CNAs, and administrative staff
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license (state licensure required upon acceptance)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous outpatient or clinic experience preferred
