Description

Interventional Radiology RN – Day Shift
📍 Location: Peoria, IL

Shift: 4x9 hrs (between 6:30 AM – 6:00 PM) | 36 hrs/week

Weeknight & weekend call required (30-min response time)

Overview:
Join a busy Interventional Radiology unit in an acute care setting with 6 labs supporting pre-op and phase 2 recovery. Work in a fast-paced environment handling 20–30 cases daily, including GI bleeds, strokes, biopsies, vascular procedures, and more.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of RN experience
ACLS, BLS, and PALS – required
EKG interpretation & drip titration experience – required
Active license required at submission
Recent Epic experience preferred

Unit Highlights:

6 labs | 20–30 cases/day
1:1 ratio during procedures (up to 1:4 in recovery)
Dedicated Charge RN (no patient load)
No floating required
Surgical scrubs provided

Call & Schedule Details:

4 days/week, 9-hour shifts
6–8 call shifts per 6 weeks (includes weekends & holidays)
30-minute response time
