Description

CNA – Long Term Care – PM Shift

Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin
Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: PM shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM), every other weekend
Hours: 36 hours per week

 

Overview:
A long term care facility is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support resident care on a consistent PM schedule. The role focuses on assisting with daily living activities and maintaining a safe care environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
  • Respond to call lights and support resident needs
  • Monitor and report changes in condition to nursing staff
  • Record vitals, weights, and required information
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Follow facility policies and care protocols

Requirements:

  • Active CNA certification
  • Current BLS certification
  • Experience in long term care preferred
  • Ability to work scheduled weekends
