Description

Job Description: Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Critical Care (CTICU)

Facility: MVHS Inc. – Wynn Hospital
Location: Utica, New York

Contract Details

Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: April 27, 2026
End Date: July 25, 2026
Shift: 12-Hour Night Shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule Type: Deferred Schedule
On-Call: Not Required

Compensation & Benefits

Gross Weekly Pay: $2,686
Weekly Non-Taxable Stipend: $1,246
Hourly Rate (W2): $40/hour

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of CTICU or Cardiovascular ICU experience
Fresh heart experience – REQUIRED
Active Registered Nurse (RN) License (New York or Compact, if applicable)
Prior travel nursing experience – REQUIRED
Experience with EPIC electronic medical records – REQUIRED

Certifications (Required)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
BLS (Basic Life Support)
NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale)

Travel Requirements

Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility
Local candidates are accepted at a reduced pay rate
