Patients with lines or tubes are part of our exclusionary criteria with the exception of CPAPS and patients needing 2L of oxygen or less. EHR:The majority ofour charting is paper.HCS is a platform we currentlyutilizefor entering orders.Medications are pulled from a pyxis.
