Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT)
Shift: Rotating (Days & Nights)
Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Inpatient & Outpatient)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) with a minimum of 2 years of acute care hospital experience. The ideal candidate must be highly flexible and comfortable working across multiple units, including NICU, ICU, and general inpatient care, while also supporting outpatient EKG services when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care across NICU, ICU, and inpatient units
• Perform respiratory assessments, treatments, and emergency interventions
• Assist with ventilator management and airway support
• Conduct outpatient EKG procedures as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Accurately document patient care using Epic EMR

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of acute care hospital experience
• CRT or RRT certification required
• Active Montana (MT) license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP (all required)
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts

• Candidates must reside outside the 50-mile radius rule
• No specific scrub color requirements
