REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years to be comfortable working on this unit, as it can be challenging for less experience. Prefers 3 years.
Traveler Experience: Unit WILL ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers. (But should have experience in large/ high volume similar setting).
Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes
Skills: Circulate, Sterile vaginal exam and competent in immediate newborn care
Certs: BCLS, AWHONN Intermediate and NRP

****** MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH >300 BIRTHS PER MONTH****

***Double labor assignments are a daily occurrence on the Unit***

JOB DETAILS:
RATIOS: 2:1, average 20 births in 24hrs and 30-40 admits, 40 Visits/Day, 20 Rooms
Unit Will Accept 13 - 26 Week Contracts!
SHIFT: *36 or 48 hours can be offered.
12 HR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15
***RTO: 7 DAYS MAX for AUTO OFFER***
