Description

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring an Echo Tech for a 12-week travel contract in Easton, MD. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent day schedule in a supportive hospital environment. First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Job Details:
Location: Easton, MD
Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Start Date: Flexible (early May target)
Weekends: Not required
On-Call: Not required
Holidays: As scheduled
Floating: Required within specialty as needed

Facility Details:
Beds: 140
Daily Census: Approximately 10 patients
Charting System: Any

Responsibilities:
Perform adult echocardiograms in a variety of clinical settings including inpatient, outpatient, ICU, and emergency department
Conduct 2D/3D echo, Doppler studies, and stress echocardiography
Assist with transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
Perform portable studies as needed
Ensure accurate imaging and documentation

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of echo experience
First-time travelers accepted
ARDMS or CCI (RCS) required
BLS required
RDCS (AE) accepted

Required Skills:
2D and 3D echocardiography
Color Doppler and bubble studies
Stress echo (treadmill and pharmacologic)
TEE experience
Routine and portable studies

Experience & Equipment:
Experience working with GE, Philips, Siemens, Hitachi, Toshiba, or SonoSite equipment
Familiarity with PACS systems
Strong understanding of cardiac measurements including diastology and LV function

Patient Population:
Infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics

Facility Requirements:
Flu Vaccine: Required (no exemptions)
COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
