<h3>Job Summary</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in an Intermediate Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have telemetry experience, strong cardiac monitoring skills, and the ability to care for patients with complex cardiac and medical conditions. Experience in a PCU, Stepdown, or Intermediate Care setting is preferred.</p><h3> </h3><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Monitor and assess patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring</li><li>Care for pre- and post-cardiac catheterization patients</li><li>Manage patients with chest pain, cardiac conditions, COPD, diabetes, hypertension, renal failure, and post-stroke recovery</li><li>Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition</li><li>Administer medications and treatments as prescribed</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams</li><li>Document patient care accurately in EPIC</li></ul><h3> </h3>
