Description

Shift: Days

Hours: 40 hours/week

Shifts: 4 x 10-hour shifts

Timing: 07:30 AM – 06:00 PM

Schedule: No set days (flexible rotation)

Weekend Rotation: Occasional

Call: None

Minimum 1+ year of hospital Care Management experience (Required)

3–5 years of acute care RN experience (Required)

Certifications & Licensure: Active RN License (State of Practice) – Required BLS Certification (Required)
