Description

UNIT: CST

Minimum Experience: 2 years ASC experience, or hospital experience with orthopedics, total joints, arthroscopy, facture cases

Required Certifications: AHA BLS required, CST preferred

Charting Experience Required: current EPIC charting within last 12 months

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 5 operating rooms, one procedure room; Very fast paced, high caseload; candidates MUST be adaptable and flexible.

Must be willing to float

Pros

I have worked with this company for 3, along with a few others, and they have been great! They seem to be very appreciative of their staff and always sending appreciative gifts to you. I can’t say much now that they have joined TotalMed, but am looking forward to see what develops.

Cons

Rates are not always the best, would be nice to have a few more eastern and southern state options, like Mississippi or North Carolina cities
