Facility Name: UW Health University Hospital

Location: Madison, WI

Terms: 13 WEEKS

Scheduled hours: 36 hrs

Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30)

Pay Package:

Gross weekly: $2295.68/week

Breakdown:

w2 (taxable): $21.38/hr

Perdeim (non-taxable): $1526/week

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience As a RRT

Active BLS, ACLS & NBRC

Active WI license.
