Job Role
- Position: NICU Respiratory Therapist
Shift Details
- Shift Type: Night shift (NOC)
- Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Meal Break: 30 minutes
- On-Call: Yes
Required Certifications / Licenses
State Licenses
- Respiratory Therapist License – North Dakota State Board of Respiratory Care (required before start)
- Respiratory Therapist License – Minnesota Board of Medical Practice (within 6 months of start)
Life Support Certifications
All from American Heart Association:
- BLS – within 90 days
- ACLS – within 90 days
- PALS – within 6 months
Additional neonatal certification:
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) from RQI Partners (within 6 months)
