Med-Surg RN – Travel Contract | Kearney

🚨 MUST HAVE (READ BEFORE APPLYING)

50-mile radius rule (Driver’s License = source of truth)
👉 DL copy required at submission
Cannot have worked with CommonSpirit / CHI / Dignity (FT/PT/PRN)
Artificial nails NOT allowed (refusal = termination)
Must pass orientation exam (90% required)

Specialty: Med-Surg RN
Shift: 12-hour Nights
Contract: Travel (36 hrs/week)
Weekend: As scheduled

📋 Requirements

Minimum 2 years Med-Surg experience
Active RN License
BLS required

24 beds (team care model)
Avg Census: 14 patients
Ratios vary (team-based care)

🧪 Orientation & Testing

Open-book exam during orientation
Must score 90% to pass (PASS/FAIL)

Must arrive within 30 minutes if called in
No blocked scheduling (unless weekends only)
No duo travelers needing same schedule
