Description

GHR is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for a contract position in Pompton Plains, NJ for a CCRC Setting.

Job Details:

Monday through Friday
(5) 8 - hour shifts, 40 hours/wk
Primary responsibility will be AL, SNF and LTC
EMR: Myunity
13 -week contract assignment

Local Payrate: $67/hour

Travel pay package estimate: $2,906/week GROSS

Job Requirements:

Maryland Physical Therapist License
2 - years PT experience required
Current BLS certification (AHA)

License required current, good standing At least 2 years' experience working with the adult and geriatric population This position is in a CCRC setting covers a range of population needs. Independent Living Assisted Living Long Term Care SNF
