BLS Certification,NIHSS,ACLS RN Compact license

Shift Notes

6p-6:30am. Every other weekend Friday, Saturday, Sunday = a weekend for ICU night shift.

Unit Notes

ICU RN: Common diagnosis / Types of patients Respiratory failure, sepsis, STEMI, post-TPA stroke, overdose, suicide attempts, sepsis, shocks, heart blocks, COVID Additional Notes Intensivist readily available to return when not in hospital however each ICU room has a critical care tele-med camera and alert button, ED physician and hospitalist in house 24/7 Float: ICU RN's that will float whenever needed to Telemetry but could also be asked to float to Med Surg. PLEASE CONFIRM THEY ARE OKAY WITH THIS ICU unit has 14 beds Ratios 1:2 ICU, 1:3 step-down Certs: ACLS, NIHSS, PALS Will need to take an IV and Med test on first day. kk
