TRAVEL PAY:
Hourly Pay: $33/hr on W2
Housing Stipend: $800 weekly
Meals: $550 weekly
Weekly Gross: $2670 weekly for 40 hours

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN - Unit Manager
Location - 22 Northbrook Dr, Falmouth, ME 04105

JOB DETAILS:
Full Time - 13 weeks contract
Day Shift - 7 am to 3:30 pm (8X5 shift) // 40 hours weekly
Work Location - On Location
Ability to commute/relocate: Falmouth, ME 04105: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), including scheduling and performance management.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations (CMS, Joint Commission, etc.).
Coordinate patient care plans and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
Monitor clinical outcomes, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
Manage staffing levels, assignments, and coverage based on patient acuity and census.
Conduct rounds and audits to ensure proper documentation and adherence to care standards.
Address and resolve patient, family, and staff concerns or complaints.
Oversee admissions, discharges, and care transitions.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems.
Manage inventory, supplies, and unit resources effectively.
Participate in staff training, orientation, and ongoing education programs.
Lead and support infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

REQUIREMENT:
At least 2 years of Unit Manager experience - Required
ME RN License
