Description

Position: RN Travel – Hospice

Shift: Days, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | 5x8s
Contract: 13 weeks | 40 hrs/week guaranteed
Start: 4/20/2026 or ASAP
Schedule:
- Alternating weekends
- On-call: 1–2 weeks/month (5:30 PM – 8:30 AM, phone triage)
Requirements:
- 2+ years Hospice RN experience
- Recent Homecare Homebase/OASIS experience (within 1 year)
- Active RN license (in hand)
- On-call/triage experience
Preferred:
- WellSky EMR
- Wound care experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hospice care & case management
- Perform patient assessments and care planning
- Conduct triage and coordinate care
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
