Description
Direct Hire Facility Name: South Campus Hospital Pay Range: $27.17 – $40.76 per hour Shift/Schedule Details: Nights 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Incentives (Sign-on Bonus / Relocation): Sign-On Bonus: $5,000, Relocation Assistance: $2,500 Commitment Terms: If the candidate accepts one incentive, they must commit to 1 year. If the candidate accepts both incentives, they must commit to 2 years. Additional Notes (if any): Certifications required (MT/MLS or MLT - ASCP or AMT) Must have 1 year of lab experience with high complexity testing. The role is for a Generalist. The lab is an open-space setup. It has a relatively small team structure. they may support multiple areas as needed. Lab Size & Staffing Test Volume: Approximately 700 tests per 24-hour period. Staffing per Shift: 3 Medical Technologists per shift. Support Staff: 3 Phlebotomists supporting the techs. Experience Level: Open to recent graduates.
