Description
Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Care Manager (ED)
Location: New York, NY 10004
Duration: 8 weeks
Shift: Day 5x7
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of clinical RN experience
- Experience in care coordination and case management
- Experience in utilisation review and discharge planning
- Leadership experience preferred
- Experience in managing long-term care preferred
- Strong computer literacy required
License: Active New York RN License
Certification / Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSN required)
- PRI & Screen Certification (must obtain within 3 months)
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Case Management Certification preferred
