RN – Cardiology Clinic | Job Summary
Facility: Center for Cardiovascular Health
The Center for Cardiovascular Health provides comprehensive care for patients with heart and vascular disease, from diagnosis to recovery. The team includes a board-certified cardiologist, two nurse practitioners, and a specialized cardiovascular staff dedicated to high-quality patient care.
In this role, you’ll support patients recovering from cardiac conditions while helping them improve their overall heart health through education, monitoring, and rehabilitation support.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide triage and direct patient care, using strong clinical assessment and point-of-care testing.
• Collaborate with physicians and providers to develop individualized care plans for complex cardiac patients.
• Manage and monitor patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs) such as pacemakers, ICDs, and CRT devices.
• Perform in-clinic and remote device interrogations, reviewing battery status, lead integrity, and arrhythmia events.
• Assist with pre- and post-procedure care for cardiac device implantation.
• Administer and manage cardiac medications (anticoagulants, beta-blockers, antiarrhythmics, diuretics).
• Provide patient and family education on heart disease management, lifestyle modifications, and device care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

• Hours: 5 × 8-hour shifts
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
