Unit: CathLab

Active LA/Comp License for submission. 
Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Experience Required: 3 years experience. 
Must be able to scrub/monitor as well as circulate - please decline RN traveler if they are unable to scrub – please include in offer what cases they are comfortable scrubbing
·Circulating, scrubbing and/or hemodynamic monitoring.  This would be for cardiac & peripheral vascular.  We do complex interventional procedures. 
·Must have seen most of what is on the list, please add in offer any case type the traveler has not done
·Other skills required - Vasoactive drug administration, sedation administration, critical patient assessment skills, sterile technique, air management, Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Pnumbra, Laser and lithotripsy atherectomy.

RN: 1:1

Patient Types: 
RN has 3 different fxns in these labs – circulating, monitoring or scrubbing – someone that could do multiple functions is needed – please decline candidates that are only able to circulate
·    Coronary artery disease, STEMI, cardiogenic shock, complex total occlusions, diagnostic Cath procedures, valvular disease, renal disease, carotid stenosis, limb salvage, peripheral stenosis, thrombosis disease, TAVR, MitraClip, etc.

Floating: Will float between WK Pierremont and WK Bossier. Will also be backup for WKMC North - this facility will perform more compicated cases at this facility such as TAVR, mitral valve.
