*** Housing is provided at no cost to the traveler. (No overnight guests, family or pets allowed)
Unit: Extended care – LTC/LTAC – swing bed
Shift: Days
Schedule: 3x12 (5:45 AM to 6:15 PM), Every other weekend and holiday rotations.
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years of LPN experience
- Montana/Compact LPN license
- BLS
