Description

Labor & Delivery Nurse Opportunity

Location: West Des Moines, Iowa
Facility: IA Methodist West Hospital (UnityPoint Health system)
Employment Type: Long Term (13 weeks)

Key Details

Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 12 PM - 12 AM
Hours per Week: 36 or 48 hours
Call Requirement: None
Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
Holiday Requirement: Must work 2 of 3 major winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving)
Time Off Restrictions: Limited to 1 day off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 regardless of holiday worked

Licensure & Experience

Must have a valid nursing license (State License or Compact License with proof of residency)
Previous successful travel assignment required
Epic experience required

Additional Information

All travelers must be willing to float to all floors at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, Iowa Lutheran Hospital, and Methodist West
Local travelers receive a rate reduction
