- Bladder Scans, Dressing changes, Medication administration

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- BLS
- RN Licensure
Floating Area(s):
- Med-Surge, Tele, Renal, Urology, Orthopedic, Overflow Units (between hospitals Bay Area and DRMC)
- Excludes ICU
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color/Attire - NA
Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
- Bedside Report / Handoff
- Hourly Rounding
- Ensure Bed Alarm activation
Weekends and On call(if any)
- Every other weekend, Holidays
- On call seldom, unless overall hospital census is low
