FULL SOCIAL AND DOB REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION

Specialty: Med- Surg

• Shift: 3 for 7a and 3 for 7p

• Weekend Hours: rotating weekends

• Call Requirements: none

• Required Certifications: BLS

• Years of Experience: 5 years minimum med surg

• Float Requirements: Yes

Unit Information:

• Number of Beds: 18

• Patient Ratios: 1:6

• EHR: Meditech

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: adult and geriatric

Dress Code:
