Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RN House Supervisor for a 13-week travel assignment at a 25-bed critical access hospital. This leadership role requires a strong clinical background, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to manage hospital-wide operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospital operations and staffing across all units
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staff
• Manage patient flow, admissions, and transfers
• Respond to emergencies, codes, and rapid response situations
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years RN experience (ED or ICU required)
• Prior House Supervisor or leadership experience preferred
• Active RN License (OR license required or pending)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS required | PALS preferred
• Experience with Epic charting system
• Travel experience required
• Must have own vehicle for assignment

• Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital (25 beds)
• Patient Population: Neonates to Geriatrics
• Weekend Requirement: Every 2nd or 3rd weekend
• Floating: Yes (based on facility needs)
• Orientation: 48 hours
