Description

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Must have BLS and WY license.

North Platte Valley Medical Center, a Critical Access Hospital (CAH), is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities: Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training. Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. Document all care in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care. Maintain knowledge of evidence-based practices and current treatment guidelines. Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and support staff as appropriate.
