Job Title - RN Medsurg / Telemetry
Position: Full-Time
Location: Roswell, Georgia 30009
Pay Range: $33 – $59 per hour
Job Description
Wellstar North Fulton Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for the MedSurg/Telemetry unit The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and evaluation
- Monitor telemetry patients and respond to clinical changes
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care
- Educate patients and families on treatment and recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standards
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Single State or Compact)
- BLS certification
- ADN required, BSN preferred
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
