Job Summary:
The RN is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. The RN ensures patient safety, provides education to patients and families, and supports overall health promotion and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team
• Administer medications and operate medical equipment safely
• Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure effective communication
• Delegate tasks appropriately and supervise support staff

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of acute care experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
• Active CA RN License
• AHA BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
• Must be willing and able to float to sister facility as needed.
