Description

Shift:
- Day shift, 5x8 (07:30–16:00)
- Weekdays only; weekends not required
- Holidays required as scheduled
- Floating within specialty as needed
Responsibilities:
- Perform adult and pediatric echocardiograms (2D, 3D, Doppler, TEE, stress, contrast studies)
- Conduct portable and routine studies
- Work with ICU, ED, and acute care patients
- Document results accurately in the charting system
- Operate echocardiography equipment (GE, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba, Hitachi, SonoSite)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (IV, respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, rapid response)
- Follow isolation precautions and safety protocols

Experience: Minimum 1 year (first-time travelers accepted) Licenses/Certifications: BLS ARDMS or RDCS(AE) CCI RCS References: 2 professional references (1 supervisor/manager + 1 charge RN acceptable) Residency: Must live >50 miles from hospital (local rule) Floating: Must be comfortable floating within specialty as needed Compliance Requirements: CPI certification (Calm Every Storm online version) BLS/ACLS/PALS (AHA only) NRP (NRP or AAP only) Labs within 72 hours of signing contract Optional / Preferred: Adult Echo, M-Mode, Portable studies, Pharmacologic Stress Echo
