Travel Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT) – Day Shift
📍 Location: Fort Myers, FL

Shift: 8-Hour Days | Flexible Scheduling
🕒 Day Shift | 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
⏱ Guaranteed 36 hours/week (potential to flex up to 40 hours based on volume)

Overview:
Join a dedicated outpatient pediatric rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist in a hospital-based setting. This role is ideal for therapists experienced in early intervention and pediatric care, working with infants and young children with diverse developmental needs.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of pediatric PT experience – required
Experience with ages 0–3 – required
Hospital/medical-based experience – required
Experience with:
- Developmental and genetic disabilities
- Prematurity (NICU graduates)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Active Florida PT license – required
BLS certification – required
Travel experience – required
Orthopedic experience – preferred
Epic EMR experience – required

Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient rehab setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Work with infants and toddlers with developmental delays and medical complexities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Document patient progress accurately in Epic EMR
Educate families on treatment plans and home care strategies
Maintain compliance with safety and care standards
