Description

Job Title: LPN – Day Shift
Location: Lebanon Center - Nursing Home, Lebanon, NH

 

Job Overview:
Lebanon Center is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 6-week contract assignment. This role is ideal for an LPN experienced in long-term care who is passionate about providing quality patient care in a nursing home setting.

 

Schedule:

  • Shift: Days (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM)
  • Hours: 36 hours/week guaranteed
  • Meal Break: 30 minutes

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team

Requirements:

  • Active LPN license
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
