Description

Certified Surgical Tech (Ophthalmology) – Travel Assignment

We’re seeking an experienced Surgical Tech with strong retina and cataract experience to join a high-volume ophthalmology team in a weekday-only assignment.

Location:
Irving, Texas

Assignment Dates:
April 13, 2026 – May 11, 2026 (4-week assignment)

Schedule:
• Shift: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM (7.5-hour day shifts)
• Shifts per week: 5
• Schedule: Weekdays only

Position Details:
• Specialty: Ophthalmology (Eyes)
• Patient Population: Adults & Pediatrics

Additional Information:
• Strong retina and cataract experience required
• Call and late shifts required (4 call and 4 late per pay period)
• Scrubs are provided
• Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours per week

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year Surgical Tech experience
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• Tuberculosis Screening
• Background Check
• Skills Assessment: Surgical Tech

Compensation Details:
• Overtime/Call Back Rate: 1.5x standard rate
