Description

LPN / LVN – Long Term Care – Travel Assignment

We’re seeking a compassionate LPN to join a long-term care team providing quality care across multiple patient populations in a supportive facility setting.

Location:
Utica, New York

Assignment Dates:
May 4, 2026 – August 1, 2026 (13-week assignment)

Schedule:
• Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM (8-hour evening shifts)
• Schedule Type: Deferred Schedule
• Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
• Every other weekend required

Position Details:
• Role: LPN / LVN
• Specialty: Long Term Care
• Unit: 40-bed unit
• Patient Population: MS, Orthopedic, Dementia, Memory Care
• Floating: Required across all units within the same building

Compensation & Contract Details:
• Daily Overtime: After 24 hours
• Weekly Overtime: After 48 hours
• On-Call: Not required

Additional Information:
• EMR: PointClick Care
• 75-mile radius rule applies (local candidates accepted at adjusted rate)

Requirements:
• Minimum of 1+ year LPN experience
• Active New York LPN License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
